RETURN POLICIES
GENERAL 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at ArmsEzzz.com. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, we have a 30-day return policy for all ArmsEzzz products purchased online. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the return and exchange process.
1. Return Eligibility:
All returned merchandise must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
o The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
o The product must be in its original packaging and unused, with the original tag attached.
o If the original package arrives with missing merchandise, visible damages, or defects, customers must notify our customer service at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund process to be completed after the return package arrives at our return center. Once processed, you will receive an email notification about your return/exchange. Please note (if applicable) that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are available for the following reasons:
o Swapping sizes for the same ArmsEzzz product.
o Exchanging a defective ArmsEzzz product for the EXACT item.
To initiate an exchange, please mark “EXCHANGE” on the invoice included in the return package. Indicate the item(s) you wish to exchange and provide the Return Merchandise Authorization Number received in the ArmsEzzz Return Email. If an exchange is not eligible, a refund will be processed instead.
4. Shipping Your Return:
Customers must include a copy of the invoice when sending the return package to the following address:

Please ensure that only ArmsEzzz products are included in the return package. Any non-ArmsEzzz products sent to our return center will be disposed of, and ArmsEzzz is not liable for shipping back or replacing non-ArmsEzzz items.
5. Refund Timeline:
Please note that refunds will not be processed directly at the return center. Our Refund Department will post the actual refund within 3-5 business days.
